Methods of ordering your repeat prescriptions

If you regularly take a prescribed medication/medications, you can order these via the following methods.

NHS App

Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is the most simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android.

SystmOnline

If you are not already registered for SystmOnline, please register for our online services. This is another secure and simple way to request your medication.

Airmid

Airmid is a patient app that is powered by SystmOnline. Patient’s can login using their SystmOnline username and password if you have them. Otherwise Airmid allows you to login using the NHS Login. An NHS login can be created directly via Airmid.

Repeat slip

You can put your request in using the repeat slip from your prescription. These can be placed in our post box located by the surgery gate or on the reception desk.

Online ordering allows us to have more of an audit trail of your prescription and you will also be able to see when your prescription is ready to collect from the pharmacy.
