Reception

Administration and Reception:

We have a team of Receptionists here at the surgery who provide an important link for patients. The reception team are your initial contact point for general enquiries. Our receptionists can provide you with basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Our team of receptionists also look after administration within the practice which includes registrations, deductions, prescriptions, emails, daily tasks from the Clinical Team and processing letters received from other healthcare services.

Medical Secretary

Our Medical Secretary is responsible for all matters relating to patients letters, referrals and general enquiries.

Pharmacy Technician

Our Pharmacy Technician deals with prescriptions and prescription queries. If you have a self-limiting condition such as a cough or cold our reception team may direct you to the Pharmacy Technician to give advice on over the counter medication.
