We are experiencing a high volume of rude behaviour towards our staff from patients at Toddington Medical Centre.
This will not be tolerated in any form. We have a Zero tolerance protocol and we hope all patients adhere to this.
If patients do not adhere to this we have a right to send a letter to the patient involved to stop this behaviour or could result in being deducted.
